Digital Product Policy: Love Marketing Team graphic design services are considered digital products. All design work will be provided electronically. No physical product will be delivered.
Turn-around-time: Please allow up to 4 weeks once all requested items are received. Turnaround time does not include Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. Orders received after normal business hours are considered to be received on the next business day.
Graphic Design Policy:
- Product Description: Clients are responsible for thoroughly reading the product description before making a purchase. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you understand the scope and expectations outlined for the graphic design services.
- Communication: Clients must actively engage and communicate with the designer to ensure their vision is brought to life. Open and timely communication is key. This includes responding to all forms of communication: email messages within 24 hours.
- Ghosting Policy: If a client fails to provide necessary information or communication for an extended period of time (after 3 failed attempts) without prior notice, the project will be considered inactive and will be placed on hold. A $97 reactivation fee applies if the client wishes to resume the project after inactivity.
