Affiliate Program | General Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services and products offered by Love Marketing Team, including but not limited to digital products and our Done For You (DFY) Digital Biz (affiliate program bundle). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Products

a. All digital products are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access granted upon purchase.

b. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate software and hardware to access and use the digital products.

3. Affiliate Program

a. Love Marketing Team offers a multi-tier affiliate marketing program. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in this program complies with the laws and regulations of your country.

b. We are not liable for any issues that arise from your failure to comply with local laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing.

c. You agree to conduct due diligence to understand the legal implications of participating in an affiliate marketing program in your jurisdiction.

d. We reserve the right to decline or remove any affiliate from our program for not following the program rules, for mis-using the materials provided for personal use, or for any other reason deemed against the terms of our programs. 

e. If a customer does not follow our program rules or initiates a charge back, refund, return, or any other form of loss of funds to our company, that affiliate will no longer be allowed to return to our programs or participate in our programs. 

f. In the event of removal of an affiliate from our program all sales and commissions earned or owed are voided. 

4. Liability

a. Love Marketing Team will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences that may arise from your use of our products or participation in our affiliate program.

b. We do not provide legal advice, and you should consult with a legal professional to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Refund Policy

a. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

b. Changes to the store, including the addition or removal of products, do not warrant a refund. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings at any time without prior notice.

c. If a refund or charge back is initiated by the consumer, affiliate commissions will also be charged back to the affiliates who earned commissions on that transaction. If the affiliates do not have current commissions earned a statement will be sent and be expected to be paid within 30 days or collection actions will be enforced. 

d. In the event that a customer or affiliate has a chargeback from the bank for their product or service, they will immediately be removed from our program or services. The commissions will also be charged back to the affiliate who earned commissions. If an affiliate order has a chargeback then they will be removed from the program. If the chargeback is found in our favor, the affiliate is only allowed back in our program by signing a new affiliate agreement and paying all of the associated fees that went into the chargeback from the bank and the time our team spent on the work of putting together all documentation, support chats, email support, and all associated work spent on this case. These are very time consuming and costly to our business. We charge a fee of $150 per hour we spent on these cases and once those fees are paid and a new agreement is signed at that time they will be reinstated to the affiliate to our program. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enter our program and even better do not do a chargeback. 

6. Store Management

a. Love Marketing Team retains full control over the contents of our store. We may add or remove products at our discretion to best serve our business and customers.

b. You agree that we have the right to make changes to the store without notice, and such changes do not entitle you to a refund or any other compensation.

7. Multi-Tier Affiliate Program

a. Our multi-tier affiliate program allows participants to earn commissions through direct sales and the sales made by their referrals.

b. Payments and commission structures are subject to change at the discretion of Love Marketing Team. You will be notified of any changes to the commission structure.

c. As an Affiliate, you are responsible for ensuring that your unique affiliate links are shared correctly. The Company provides tracking and reporting tools to help Affiliates monitor their referrals; however, we are not responsible for any errors or misplacement of commissions due to incorrect sharing or improper use of affiliate links.

d. Affiliates and their referred customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a review of a transaction. If no request is made within this timeframe, the transaction is considered final, and no changes will be made.

  • If a new affiliate or customer is linked to another Affiliate at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made to reassign commissions.
  • Requests for review must be submitted in writing within the 48-hour window.
  • After 48 hours, all transactions are final, and no commission reviews or adjustments will be considered.

e. Our tracking system is designed to provide accurate affiliate and commission data to the best of our ability. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for tracking errors, system malfunctions, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • If an issue arises, we will investigate the matter only if it is reported within 48 hours of the purchase.
  • The Company is not responsible for lost commissions due to user error, incorrect link placement, browser tracking issues, or any third-party interference.
  • Love Marketing Team makes no guarantees regarding earnings, as commission amounts are based on sales generated through properly tracked affiliate links.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Love Marketing Team is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our products or participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • No misleading, deceptive, or false claims about our products, services, or income potential.

1.2 Respect for the Love Marketing Team Brand

  • Love Marketing Team is built on authenticity and ethical business practices. Affiliates must not engage in any behavior that misrepresents the company, its products, or services.
  • Affiliates must not portray Love Marketing Team in a negative or defamatory manner.

1.3 Proper Use of Affiliate Links

  • All affiliate links must be used correctly and in compliance with our tracking system.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from using unauthorized redirects, cookie stuffing, or any manipulative tactics to falsely claim commissions.

1.4 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Protection

  • No sharing of proprietary information, training materials, or resources without prior written permission.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of Love Marketing Team’s digital or physical products is strictly forbidden.

1.5 Professionalism in All Interactions

  • No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards customers, affiliates, or company representatives.
  • Love Marketing Team does not tolerate abusive or inappropriate behavior in any form, including on social media, forums, or direct communication.

2. Grounds for Immediate Termination

Love Marketing Team reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate or customer account without warning for the following violations:

2.1 Fraudulent Activity

  • Attempting to manipulate the affiliate system to generate unearned commissions.
  • Using bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent referrals.

2.2 Misuse of Affiliate Program

  • Violating affiliate link policies, including unauthorized sharing or tampering with tracking links.
  • Promoting our products in a way that violates any advertising laws or guidelines.

2.3 Brand Damage or Defamation

  • Publicly speaking negatively about Love Marketing Team, its owners, employees, or other affiliates.
  • Engaging in any actions that damage the reputation of the company.

2.4 Harassment or Toxic Behavior

  • Bullying, harassing, or threatening customers, affiliates, or company representatives.
  • Engaging in toxic behavior that creates a hostile environment.

2.5 Intellectual Property Theft

  • Selling, copying, or distributing Love Marketing Team’s proprietary content without authorization.
  • Misrepresenting yourself as an official representative of Love Marketing Team.

2.6 Failure to Comply with Legal and Ethical Standards

  • Violating any laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
  • Engaging in unethical or illegal business practices while representing Love Marketing Team.

3. No Appeal Policy

  • Once an account has been terminated for violating this policy, there will be NO appeal process, reinstatement, or reconsideration.
  • Any commissions earned but not yet paid out at the time of termination will be forfeited.

4. Right to Refuse or Remove Any Customer or Affiliate

Love Marketing Team retains the right to refuse service to any customer or affiliate for any reason if their behavior, actions, or affiliations are deemed harmful to the company or its community. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Prior negative interactions with Love Marketing Team.
  • Behavior that conflicts with our brand values or mission.
  • Any suspicion of unethical or malicious intent.

No refunds, credits, or reinstatements will be provided to customers or affiliates removed from the program due to violations of this policy.

By participating in Love Marketing Team’s affiliate program or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

One Affiliate Account Per Individual – No Commission Stacking

1. Love Marketing Team enforces a strict ONE AFFILIATE ACCOUNT PER INDIVIDUAL policy. This means:

  • Each person is allowed only one affiliate account, regardless of whether they live in the same household or at a different address.
  • Any attempt to circumvent this policy by enrolling spouses, family members, friends, or associates under separate accounts solely to manipulate commission payouts (“commission stacking”) is strictly prohibited.
  • Signing up multiple accounts under different names, addresses, emails, or payment methods to generate additional commissions is considered fraudulent activity and will not be tolerated.

2. What Constitutes Commission Stacking & Fraudulent Behavior?

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination:

  1. Signing up a spouse, child, family member, or friend solely to earn additional commissions.
  2. Using different addresses, emails, or payment details to bypass the one-account rule.
  3. Encouraging or coaching others to create an account under your link when they have no intention of being an active affiliate.
  4. Creating fake, inactive, or duplicate accounts to funnel commissions back to yourself.
  5. Manipulating the system in any way to artificially increase earnings beyond what is fairly earned.

Whether the second account is in another household, state, or country, if it exists for the purpose of commission stacking, it is a direct violation of this policy.

3. Immediate Termination & Consequences

If an affiliate is caught violating this policy, the following immediate and non-negotiable consequences will apply:

  • Permanent termination from the affiliate program.
  • Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
  • Ineligibility for any future participation in Love Marketing Team programs.
  • Loss of all benefits, bonuses, or earned rewards associated with the program.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS, NO APPEALS, and NO REINSTATEMENTS.

Additionally, if an affiliate is found guilty of intentional fraud or deception, Love Marketing Team reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages caused by fraudulent commission stacking.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Love Marketing Team actively monitors all affiliate activity and reserves the right to:

  • Conduct random audits of affiliate accounts.
  • Track sign-up patterns and referral behaviors that indicate commission stacking.
  • Investigate unusual earnings or suspicious account activity.

If an affiliate is found in violation, termination will be immediate and irreversible.

Right to Modify Clause

Modification of Terms

Love Marketing Team reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or revise this Affiliate Agreement, including but not limited to commission structures, eligibility requirements, payment terms, code of conduct, and termination policies, at any time at our sole discretion.

Affiliates will be notified of any material changes to the agreement via email, through the affiliate dashboard, or by other reasonable means. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such updates take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

If an affiliate does not agree with the updated terms, they may choose to discontinue their participation in the program. Failure to comply with the updated agreement may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account. Love Marketing Team retains the right to remove any affiliate who does not adhere to the most current version of the agreement.

No Refund Policy
Changes to this agreement do not constitute grounds for a refund of any kind. Affiliates who have made purchases, paid fees, or accrued commissions under previous terms are not entitled to refunds, reimbursements, or retroactive adjustments due to modifications in this agreement. All fees, payments, and commissions remain subject to the terms in place at the time of the transaction.

10. Affiliate Program Updates – Effective April 14, 2025

The following provisions are effective beginning April 14, 2025, and apply to all current and future participants in the Love Marketing Team Affiliate Program. All program elements are subject to change at the sole discretion of Love Marketing Team. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or discontinue any portion of the affiliate program, commission structure, payout schedule, or related features at any time, with or without notice, for the continued growth, compliance, and success of the program.

10.1 Commission Structure Update

a. As of April 14, 2025, commission payouts for digital products and bundles will no longer be based on Commissionable Volume (CV). Commissions will now be calculated using the full retail price of eligible products as detailed in the updated commission schedule.

b. Updated Commission Examples:

  • For a DFY Bundle priced at $497, commissions shall be calculated as follows:
    • 50% primary affiliate commission = $248.50
    • Tier 2 commission: 10% of $497 = $49.70

10.2 Commission Menu

c. Existing affiliates with legacy base commissions of 60%–80% will retain those rates for all eligible base commission digital products in the store (700+ digital items). Affiliates who join on or after April 14, 2025, will begin with a 50% base rate.

10.3 Tier Structure Modification

a. Love Marketing Team’s affiliate program will operate under a simplified two-tier system:

  • Tier 1: Commission based on the product’s standard category rate
  • Tier 2: 10% commission on all digital and physical CV-based products referred by affiliates under your link

b. The Tier 3 structure has been permanently discontinued to ensure program clarity and to comply with applicable federal and regulatory guidelines distinguishing affiliate marketing from multi-level marketing (MLM).

10.4 Affiliate Program Enrollment Options

Affiliates starting after April 14th, 2025 may choose from the following participation tiers:

  • Basic Affiliate (Free): Includes access to the affiliate dashboard and product referral links.
  • Learn & Grow Bundle ($497): Includes access to all Basic tools plus the LMT Training Hub, DFY content, marketing calendars, and success resources.
  • These bundles are subject to be changed, modified, updated, discounted, or eliminated at any time.

10.5 Affiliate Agreement Requirement

To remain active and eligible for commissions under the updated program structure, all affiliates must electronically sign the new Affiliate Agreement by April 30, 2025.

  • Affiliates who do not sign by April 30, 2025, will have their account temporarily paused.
  • If the agreement is not signed by October 31, 2025, the account will be permanently closed and any pending or unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

10.6 Payout Schedule

Effective May 2025, commissions will be disbursed on the following schedule:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $40 USD
  • Payout Dates: 1st and 15th of each month
    • Sales from the 1st–15th → Paid on the 1st of the following month
    • Sales from the 16th–end of month → Paid on the 15th of the following month
  • If the payout date falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday, payments will be processed on the next business day.

All commissions are currently paid electronically through an online portal.

10.7 Right to Close or Sell the Program

Love Marketing Team reserves the right to close, suspend, or sell the affiliate program and/or the company at any time, at its sole discretion.

In the event of such closure or sale, affiliates will be notified through the email address on file and/or via the affiliate dashboard. Any commissions earned and due prior to the effective date of the closure or sale will be processed according to the terms in effect at that time.

The sale, transfer of ownership, or closure of the company or affiliate program does not constitute grounds for a refund, reimbursement, or retroactive compensation of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, purchases of training bundles, mentorships, software access, or any associated products or services provided by Love Marketing Team.

10.8 Data Ownership and Email Compliance

All customer and affiliate data collected via the Love Marketing Team platform or affiliate portals is the sole and exclusive property of Love Marketing Team. Affiliates may not extract, download, or otherwise utilize customer information—including names, email addresses, purchase history, or personal data—for their own marketing, sales, or list-building purposes unless the customer has provided prior written consent. This policy is designed to ensure compliance with email privacy laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR, and to protect customer trust and privacy.

10.9 Unclaimed Commission Policy

Commissions that remain below the $40 minimum threshold for payout or are otherwise unclaimed after six (6) months will be automatically converted into a digital store gift card (subject to applicable exclusions). This gift card will be emailed to the affiliate on file. All monetary value of the unclaimed commissions will be permanently forfeited at that time. Gift cards issued in lieu of monetary payout are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

11. Acknowledgment of Terms & Agreement to Affiliate Program Updates

By continuing in the Love Marketing Team Affiliate Program, you understand and agree that program updates, structural changes, or adjustments to commissions do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks of any kind. Participation in the affiliate program is entirely voluntary. Should you disagree with the updated terms, you may choose to discontinue your involvement at any time.

Love Marketing Team (LMT) reserves all legal rights to update, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes follow our posted Terms of Service, are legally binding upon publication, and are designed to remain compliant with applicable laws and regulatory standards.

My continued participation in the LMT affiliate program shows that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the full Terms and Conditions of the Love Marketing Team Affiliate Program, including all current policies and the updated program terms effective April 14, 2025, as outlined in Section 10 above.

I understand that:

  • All commissions are subject to the terms and thresholds established by Love Marketing Team.
  • Program structure, payouts, and eligibility requirements are subject to change at any time.
  • Love Marketing Team retains full ownership of customer data, and I may not use or extract customer information from my affiliate portal without the customer's express consent.
  • I must comply with all relevant data privacy and email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of commissions or removal from the affiliate program.
