Once a customer has purchased a digital product or training, the sale is considered complete, and there are no refunds, exchanges, or canceling allowed. We have full rights to ADD or REMOVE products from the store at ANYTIME and this does NOT constitute a refund. We will continually be making updates to the store as we see best fits our store and customer needs. You agree when purchasing that we can and will make updates at anytime and you can NOT request a refund because of the edits or changes to our site. 

 

We have the full rights to ADD or REMOVE any of our training hub items or bonus offerings as we see fit for the store. As a technology company, we have to keep up with current trainings, etc, which can mean removing old content to make room for new content. We are always adding MORE value to the store that is not listed on the the sales page, but we will also remove items that are outdated or no longer align with our goals to help serve the SMA team. If we remove or add items to the training hub, bonuses, sales page, or any location, it does NOT constitute a refund. We are always over delivering and adding new items that far exceed the price paid. Updates and changes made anywhere do NOT qualify you for a refund.

3. Affiliate Program**

a. Love Marketing Team offers a multi-tier affiliate marketing program. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in this program complies with the laws and regulations of your country.

b. We are not liable for any issues that arise from your failure to comply with local laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing.

c. You agree to conduct due diligence to understand the legal implications of participating in an affiliate marketing program in your jurisdiction.

4. Liability**

a. Love Marketing Team will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences that may arise from your use of our products or participation in our affiliate program.

b. We do not provide legal advice, and you should consult with a legal professional to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Refund Policy**

a. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

b. Changes to the store, including the addition or removal of products, do not warrant a refund. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings at any time without prior notice.

6. Store Management**

a. Love Marketing Team retains full control over the contents of our store. We may add or remove products at our discretion to best serve our business and customers.

b. You agree that we have the right to make changes to the store without notice, and such changes do not entitle you to a refund or any other compensation.

7. Multi-Tier Affiliate Program**

a. Our multi-tier affiliate program allows participants to earn commissions through direct sales and the sales made by their referrals.

b. Payments and commission structures are subject to change at the discretion of Love Marketing Team. You will be notified of any changes to the commission structure.

8. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Love Marketing Team is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Chargeback Guidlines

In the event that a customer or affiliate has a chargeback from the bank for their product or service, they will immediately be removed from our program or services. The commissions will also be charged back to the affiliate who earned commissions. If an affiliate order has a chargeback then they will be removed from the program. If the chargeback is found in our favor, the affiliate is only allowed back in our program by signing a new affiliate agreement and paying all of the associated fees that went into the chargeback from the bank and the time our team spent on the work of putting together all documentation, support chats, email support, and all associated work spent on this case. These are very time consuming and costly to our business. We charge a fee of $150 per hour we spent on these cases and once those fees are paid and a new agreement is signed at that time they will be reinstated to the affiliate to our program. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enter our program and even better do not do a chargeback. 

10. Acceptance of Terms**

By purchasing our products or participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
